DIMITAR KONDOVSKI
He passed through several painterly phases. The most characteristic is his geometrical phase in which he maintains a synchronized dialogue with the Byzantine and Macedonian folklore tradition, resulting in a long series of paintings, mostly diptychs and triptychs. In his last phase he focused on portrayals of aspects of middle-class life*. His work includes numerous interior motifs, still lifes and portraits. |
